I live in Barron county, so obviously turkey is the best

I can pick any direction I want from my house and I will drive past a Jennie-O turkey farm.

In some cases goats milk can be easier to digest since the fat is different than cows milk. However it isn't a sure thing. My mom is lactose intolerant and can't eat or drink stuff with either sort of milk in it.

We milked several goats for a number of years and found that our milk was just as good as cow milk, even when we had a billy running with the herd but we were feeding our goats just like dairy cows and perhaps that affects the taste.
