    Default Manure separator

Hi , we are looking into a separator from us farm system with two sloped screens with a conveyor belt . We are planning to set it up with processing pit where all flush water from freestall barns and milk barn end up in . Anyone have any suggestions or ideas ? Thanks

Which product specifically are you interested in? Can you provide a link or some pictures?

Are you sure you need two screens? I have a U.S. farm systems separator and I just have one screen and a conveyor belt. But I don't have freestalls. I'm happy with it.

We only have freestalls for milk and dry cows. I want to make sure that I have room for expansion

What dm percentage do you get with manure and how much do you spend annually on parts and maintenance?

I never checked the DM on the manure. There are very little maintenance costs. Just have to replace the conveyor chain every few years and after I had the screen about 16 years I replaced the screen and put the shaker screen option on it.
